Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into design specifications and project deliverables.
- Develop detailed 3D CAD designs, drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks or Siemens NX.
- Perform design feasibility studies, DFX/DFM reviews, and engineering calculations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to solve complex technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate design documentation, ECNs, and technical product data (TPDs).
- Ensure designs meet ISO standards, customer requirements, and safety policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
Job Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in design or related engineering roles.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Siemens NX (other 3D CAD tools are a plus).
- Strong understanding of BOMs, ECNs, FMEA, GD&T, and engineering standards.
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Independent, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced project environments.
- Willingness to travel overseas for project transfers or customer support.
