Job Description

What is this job all about?

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales activities, manage client enquiries, and convert leads into successful deals across KNKV Group’s services and solutions. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding business needs, and proposing suitable solutions that support revenue growth.

This position is ideal for a results-driven individual who enjoys engaging with clients, following up enquiries, and closing deals in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on sales enquiries and leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings. 
  • Present and explain company products and services to potential clients. 
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure. 
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery after sales closure. 
  • Update sales records, pipeline, and basic reports. 
  • Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. 
  • Provide basic after-sales support and handle customer feedback where required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered). 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented. 
  • Able to work independently and follow up tasks diligently. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. 
  • Experience in service-based or B2B sales is an advantage.
