Job Description

 We are looking for a dynamic Sales / Business Development Executive with experience in influencer (KOL) marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working with brands or agencies to execute influencer campaigns and can strategically position KOL marketing as an impactful solution for clients.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for influencer marketing campaigns. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing teams, and advertising agencies. 
• Pitch and present KOL marketing strategies and campaign concepts to prospective clients. 
• Collaborate with the influencer management team to recommend suitable KOLs for client campaigns. 
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and influencer campaign strategies. 
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. 
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients. 
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry developments.

Job Requirements

•  1–3 years of experience selling influencer marketing or KOL campaigns. 
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or influencer marketing platforms is highly preferred. 
• Strong network within marketing teams or agencies is an advantage. 
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. 
• Results-driven with proven closing ability. 
• Ability to understand campaign objectives and recommend effective influencer strategies.
