Role Overview

Support the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations, gaining exposure to end-to-end human resources practices in a regional company.

Key Responsibilities

•  Support the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
•  Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing onboarding materials
•  Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
•  Support payroll administration and HR documentation
•  Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events

Job Requirements

 Requirements & Qualifications

•  Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or related field
•  Good interpersonal and organisational skills
•  Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office
•  Must be based in or able to commute to Kuala Lumpur or Selangor
