You will take concepts from sketches to construction-ready plans, creating layouts, finishes, and details that contractors can follow on site.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

• Develop concept sketches, space plans, and material palettes that match the client brief and site limits.
• Produce technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visuals that contractors can use on site.

Client & Site Coordination

• Attend client meetings and present designs clearly while capturing feedback for revisions.
• Visit sites to measure, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors to ensure design intent is followed.

Procurement & Quality

• Source materials and finishes, prepare simple cost comparisons, and manage supplier follow-ups for delivery timelines.
• Support quality checks at key milestones to ensure finishes match the approved design.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field, or a portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience, approximately 0 years expected.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp or similar 3D modelling tools.
• Basic 3D rendering ability and familiarity with construction drawings and finishes.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator with a collaborative attitude when working with clients and tradespeople.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail, and a practical approach to solving issues on site.
