Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video to document site progress and project milestones.
• Create photographic assets and short motion pieces for social media, presentations, and client reports.

Visual Asset Management

• Organise raw files, maintain an asset library, and deliver export-ready files in the required formats.
• Apply consistent branding and simple templates to keep visuals polished and reusable.

Brand & Campaign Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn project briefs into content calendars and campaign assets.
• Help adapt technical project details into clear, audience-friendly visuals and captions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with roughly 0 years of formal experience are welcome to apply.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience or training with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Competence in photography and Adobe Photoshop, plus basic motion graphics and exporting for web and social platforms.
• Familiarity with social media formats, basic content planning, and a willingness to learn construction terminology.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Communicate clearly with site teams and project staff to capture the right moments and information.
• Show creativity, good time management, and attention to detail while working in a practical, team-oriented environment.
