Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily deliveries to ensure timely replenishment of all retail outlets.
• Work closely with warehouse personnel, drivers, and retail teams to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations.
• Optimize delivery schedules and routes to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Conduct routine inspections of company lorries to ensure they are safe, roadworthy, and well maintained.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, repairs, PUSPAKOM inspections, road tax, and insurance renewals, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance records and coordinate with external service providers when necessary.
• Respond promptly to delivery issues and implement practical solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support other logistics and operational activities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or fleet management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Possess a valid GDL driving licence
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Work Hour: Monday to Sunday (Roster basis), 7.30am-4.30pm
