As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Retail Area Supervisor to ensure smooth outlets operations and exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operational activities
• Achieve and maintain excellent customer service quality at all times
• Maintain high standards in the presentation of merchandising displays
• Mentor and motivate team members to promote good teamwork
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage all security matters related to stock and cash handling
• Uphold outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Liaise with Head Office and immediate superior for feedback and reporting
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time

Job Requirements

Requirements :-

•  Candidate must possess at least SPM certification
• Basic computer knowledge
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a related field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Experience in Food & Beverage chain/restaurant service is an added advantage
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays (replacement leave will be given)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between assigned outlets
