Full-Time Driver & Roastery Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Driver & Roastery Assistant.

This role goes beyond driving—you'll be an important part of our daily operations, ensuring our fresh baked goods and roasted coffee reach our cafés and wholesale clients on time while supporting our roastery team throughout the day.

As one of the first people our customers meet, you'll represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and care.

Salary & Benefits

• RM2,500 – RM3,500 per month (depending on experience)
• 45 working hours per week
• 5.5 working days per week
• Mileage reimbursement when using your own vehicle for work
• Staff meals during working shifts
• Complimentary coffee and beverages at our cafés
• 10 days Annual Leave in Year 1 (increases with years of service)

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday (rotating schedule)
• Typical schedule:
• Monday–Friday: Full working days
• Saturday: Deliver one morning batch of baked goods before completing the day
• Early morning starts are required.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Bakery Deliveries

• Collect freshly baked goods from our bakery in Hartamas between 7–7:30 AM.
• Deliver products safely and punctually to our café locations.
• Ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.

Wholesale Coffee Deliveries

• Deliver freshly roasted coffee beans to approximately 60 wholesale clients.
• Follow daily delivery routes planned by the Roastery team.
• Wednesday to Friday are typically the busiest delivery days.

Roastery Support

When deliveries are completed, assist the Roastery team with:

• Packing coffee beans
• Preparing wholesale orders
• Organising inventory and packaging materials
• General warehouse and production support
• Other operational duties as required

Customer Service

• Represent the company professionally during deliveries.
• Build positive relationships with café teams and wholesale clients.
• Communicate politely and respectfully with customers.
• Handle deliveries with care and attention to detail.

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Valid Malaysian driving licence.
• Own vehicle (preferred) with mileage reimbursement provided.
• Comfortable with early morning starts.
• Able to lift and carry bakery trays, coffee cartons, and supplies.
• Good punctuality and time management.
• Physically fit and comfortable being on the road for extended periods.

• Basic knowledge of Kuala Lumpur road networks is preferred.
• Interest in specialty coffee and artisan food is a plus.
