We're offering a 6-month internship for a hands-on, curious individual to support our team and get a real behind-the-scenes look at how a specialty coffee roastery runs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work alongside the sales team to manage incoming orders from cafe and restaurant partners 
• Assist in preparing Delivery Orders (DOs) and invoices 
• Help track and organize order records and inventory 
• Support delivery scheduling and daily logistics coordination 
• Prepare samples, documents, and materials for client meetings and tastings 
• Help manage communication channels and respond to basic enquiries 
• Assist the roastery team with packing and dispatch when needed 
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Requirements

• Organized with good time management, able to handle multiple tasks with care and accuracy 
• Comfortable working with basic documents such as Delivery Orders (DOs), invoices, and simple record tracking (training will be provided) 
• Good written and verbal communication skills when working with clients and internal teams 
• Friendly and professional, with a warm and approachable communication style (especially over WhatsApp and email) 
• Able to work closely with a sales team supporting cafe and restaurant partners 
• Familiar with basic office tools (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, etc.) 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented 
• Willing to support different parts of operations, including logistics coordination, packaging, or occasional deliveries when needed 
• Interest in coffee or the specialty coffee industry is a bonus
