Job Description

At Kopenhagen Coffee, we don’t just sell coffee. We share stories, build relationships, and bring a little Nordic calm into every cup.

We’re looking for a self-driven, warm, and people-loving Sales Executive to grow our coffee community and work with cafes, offices, and partners who truly care about quality. Someone who enjoys solving problems, spotting patterns, and adapting quickly in a fast-growing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Relationships

  • Build genuine, long-term relationships through regular visits and thoughtful check-ins
  • Respond to inquiries and challenges calmly and proactively
  • Understand client needs and offer practical, sales-minded solutions
  • Be a reliable, friendly point of contact that clients enjoy working with

Sales & Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Present our blends and single origins through tastings and clear proposals
  • Think beyond price by understanding client goals, workflows, and challenges
  • Adapt sales approaches as the market, products, and business evolve

Collaboration & Team Culture

  • Work closely with marketing on launches, campaigns, and brand activities
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth deliveries and logistics
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the team
  • Keep CRM records updated to support team alignment and growth

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Naturally friendly, proactive, and confident building relationships
  • Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the team
  • Curious, motivated, and excited to grow in coffee and sales
  • Holds a valid driving license and open to travelling for work
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales (F&B or coffee experience is a plus, but not a must)
