Job Description

  

  1. Degree holder preferably in Human Resource, Law, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or equivalent. 
  2. Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in Human Resource Department. Managerial experience will be added advantage.
  3. Good knowledge of EPF, SOCSO and Malaysian Labour Law including Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Unions Act, income Tax Act and MACC Act
  4. Excellent communication skills in managing stake-holders and employees of different levels.
  5. Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  6. Experience with managing external Trade Union and experience in negotiating Collective Agreement will be an added advantage.
  7. Wide network with the HR fraternity.

Job Requirements

  

  1. To plan, develop, implement and execute strategic policies towards Company’s and Human Resource Department’s goals and objectives.
  2. To ensure that the Company complies to all rules and regulations set by the Malaysian authorities pertaining to employment related laws. ie Employment Act, IR Act, Trade Unions Act, SOCSO, Income Tax, MACC, etc.
  3. Responsible to uphold, execute and comply to the current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practice, Occupational Safety & Health, Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Rules & Regulations, Company’s Core Values and other policies imposed from time to time.
  4. Effectively manage recruitment and hiring process to ensure the right talent for the right job in a timely manner.
  5. To actively manage and administer the Industrial Relation (IR), disciplinary issue and all other related activities to sustain strong industrial harmony including the handling of all matters relating to the Collective Agreement and Union matters.
  6. To facilitate cross-functional communication and provide mentorship to peers and direct reports, ensuring seamless process integration and enhanced departmental efficiency.
  7. To collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional managers to optimize the work environment and implement high-efficiency process improvements.
  8. To manage all new HR related projects and initiatives and all other tasks as and when required by the management.
