Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of documents for new product registration (local & overseas).
- Assist in the renewal and amendment of product licenses with NPRA and overseas regulatory authorities.
- Assist in the application for certificates such as Health Certificate, Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP), and Halal Certificate.
- Assist to follow up on regulatory correspondences and maintain proper filing of all regulatory documents.
- Assist in coordinating product analysis with external accredited laboratories for registration purposes.
- To keep updated on the latest regulatory requirements and support the team in regulatory alerts.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing / Completed a Degree in Pharmacy, Applied Science, Science, Nutrition, or any related Science discipline.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Meticulous, organized, and eager to learn.
- Internship Duration: minimum 10 weeks
- Able to be based in Melaka.
