Job Description

  

  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
  2. Handle and update recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Hiredly, JobStreet, and company career website.
  3. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
  4. Manage and update company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  5. Create engaging and creative content to support employer branding initiatives
  6. Monitor job postings and ensure all vacancies are up-to-date and optimized for visibility
  7. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
  8. Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications professionally
  9. Organize and participate in career fairs, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events
  10. Maintain recruitment reports, database, and hiring metrics
  11. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Job Requirements

  

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  3. Fresh graduates with strong interest in recruitment & social media are encouraged to apply.
  4. Hands-on experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Hiredly, JobStreet is an added advantage
  5. Strong interest in social media management and content creation.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Creative, proactive, and resourceful in sourcing candidates.
  8. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Good organisational and time management skills.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
