Job Description

• Initiate and lead marketing and business development of consultancy services with new and existing clients
• Contribute in the creation and preparation of consultancy proposals in the diagnoses of client issues. 
• Advice clients on aligning people strategies with business strategies, including designing diagnostic and implementation framework and providing appropriate solutions. 
• Lead and support a team of consultants
• Optimise revenue generation by achieving targets, pricing, timesheet, project management, billing and collections. 

Job Requirements

• Preferable Bachelor's Degree in Management
• Strategy / Management / HR Consulting background with strong numerical ability
• At least 7-10 years of experience
• Prefer candidate who can read, write and speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferable Male candidate
