Job Description

We are seeking motivated Internship Students to assist in our HR and business process digitalization project. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR systems, data migration, process improvement, system implementation, and digital transformation.

You will work closely with management to help migrate existing manual records and workflows into a modern HR management system while contributing ideas to improve efficiency and automation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in migrating employee and company records from manual systems to digital platforms.
• Support the implementation and configuration of a Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
• Review and document existing HR and operational workflows.
• Assist in data entry, data validation, and record management.
• Help identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements.
• Prepare documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct testing and provide feedback during system implementation.
• Support administrative and HR-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Internship period of 3–6 months.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new systems and technologies.
