Who We Are

&nbsp;&nbsp;Sales Admin Duties:
<ul>
<li>Liaise closely, manage relationships, and follow up with relevant authorities, statutory bodies, suppliers, and third-party service providers for all relevant tasks.</li>
<li>Oversee and monitor the payment flow for licenses, permits, subscriptions, and other company-related expenses.</li>
<li>Ensure the maintenance and accurate updating of records, with effective filing and paperwork management.</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc tasks as required under the Administration Division.</li>
</ul>
Procurement Admin Duties:
<ul>
<li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best terms and pricing.</li>
<li>Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approvals.</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company guidelines.</li>
<li>Responsible for all costing, monitoring, reporting and quality control.</li>
<li>Responsible for coordinating with supplier for orders and timely deliveries.</li>
<li>Provide attentive service whilst maintaining a good rapport with clients.</li>
<li>Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver projects.</li>
</ul>
