Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Creative Designer to join our Creative Department and contribute fresh ideas to support our brand and marketing goals. This role offers hands-on experience in both creative development and the execution of visual content across various platforms.

As a Junior Creative Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout all stages of campaign development. Your creative input will play a key role in producing engaging visual content and strengthening our brand presence across multiple channels. You will also support the team in executing design projects, as well as assist with coordination and administrative tasks related to creative and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and shareable graphic designs for digital platforms, including EDMs, social media content, and campaign key visuals.
• Support branding and ad-hoc creative projects such as logo design, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative ideas aligned with campaign objectives.
• Assist in developing presentation decks to effectively communicate concepts and campaign ideas.
• Apply strong visual design principles (typography, colour, layout, and imagery) in all creative outputs.
• Edit videos and produce motion graphics, including 2D and basic 3D content.
• Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines and project briefs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Assist in any additional creative, design, or branding tasks as assigned.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal); multilingual ability (English, Mandarin, Malay) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organisational skills.
• A solid portfolio showcasing creative and design work.

Nice to Have

• Experience in 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, 3DS Max, SketchUp, or Figma)
• Knowledge of Augmented Reality (AR) design and applications
• Experience with visual effects and compositing techniques
