Job Description

The successful candidate will be part the Talent Attraction & Integration team responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end recruitment coordination. This role ensures operational excellence in hiring delivery through strong process execution, effective stakeholder partnership, risk and compliance management, and quality assurance, while enabling a timely and seamless handover into onboarding. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and consistency across all hiring activities. 
  • Support Corporate Talent Acquisition (HQ) recruitment efforts in building robust talent pipelines for cabin crew, flight operations, and corporate functions. 
  • Partner with business units to coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate pre-screening, interviews, assessments, and logistical arrangements. 
  • Ensure timely collection and consolidation of interview feedback and hiring decisions. 
  • Act as the first-level escalation point for hiring managers and internal stakeholders, providing operational guidance on complex hiring cases involving data privacy, eligibility, or policy interpretation. 
  • Validate candidates’ documentation readiness to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding. 
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, data privacy requirements, audit standards, and employment regulations. 
  • Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hire-to-integrate journey. 
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and technologies through active adoption of digital and GenAI-enabled recruitment tools. 

Job Requirements

  • Possess a University Bachelor’s Degree, with 5–8 years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition within a centralised or shared services environment, supporting both high-volume frontline and professional roles 
  • Prior experience supporting or leading high-volume recruitment campaigns (e.g. cabin crew, ground operations, technical roles, or mass hiring) is highly advantageous. 
  • Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle recruitment, complex stakeholder engagements, and operational escalations. 
  • Strong competency in end-to-end recruitment operations, including interview coordination and candidate assessment processes. 
  • Good working knowledge of HR systems and technology-enabled recruitment, onboarding, and sourcing tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, HireVue, SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter), with an active interest in adopting digital and GenAI tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities. 
  • High attention to detail, with strong process discipline and a compliance-driven mindset
