Job Description

The successful candidate will support the People Data, Pay & Benefits function to ensure accurate workforce data, timely pay outcomes, and effective time management across people operations services. This role focuses on accurate processing of employee records, pay-related inputs, and work schedule data to support payroll accuracy, benefits continuity, and compliant HR operations. 

Key responsibilities  

  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of employee master data and records through regular validation of personal data updates, job changes, internal transfers, and organisational movements. 
  • Process and validate pay-related inputs, including allowances, overtime, adjustments, and compensation cycle updates, in accordance with payroll cut-off timelines. 
  • Verify work schedules, shift updates, and time-related data within HR systems to support accurate payroll and time management outcomes. 
  • Liaise with payroll and benefits vendors to resolve data discrepancies, including supporting post-payroll corrections where required. 
  • Ensure employee records comply with audit requirements, including data privacy, statutory documentation, and retention standards. 
  • Identify and escalate recurring issues, process gaps, and potential compliance risks in a timely manner to support continuous improvement 

Job Requirements

  • Possess a University Bachelor’s Degree, with 2 - 5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, payroll support, or people data administration within a centralised or shared services environment, supporting both high-volume frontline and professional roles.   
  • Good understanding of people operations processes, including workforce data management, payroll inputs, and time management activities. 
  • Strong numerical aptitude with high attention to detail, accuracy, validation, and data completeness. 
  • Ability to manage high-volume transactions while maintaining compliance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). 
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday), with willingness and ability to adopt digital and Generative AI (GenAI) tools to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Good stakeholder management skills with effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
