The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and proven leader with experience in real estate sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for new and ongoing real estate projects.
- Lead the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective promotion of properties and achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
- Organize events, property viewings, and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.
