Job Description

Job Title: Sales Admin – Property Development

Location: KSL City Management office, Johor Bahru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports to: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin to support the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in property development or real estate, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage sales documentation including booking forms, SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreements), loan documents, and correspondence with buyers and agents.

- Update and maintain accurate records in the sales system/CRM (e.g. buyer info, unit availability, booking status).

- Coordinate with solicitors, bankers, and purchasers to monitor loan approval and SPA signing status.

- Assist in organizing sales launches, events, and exhibitions.

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales documentation.

- Support the sales team with general administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.

- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins in a professional manner.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property sales administration.

- Familiar with property development processes, documentation, and timelines.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
