Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting daily sales operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. You will work directly with a property developer (not an agency), supporting the sales team by handling documentation, coordination, and backend processes for property transactions. Your role ensures that all sales activities run efficiently and in compliance with company and legal requirements. 

Key Reposibilities (But not limited to below):

  • Handle order processing and sales documentation accurately.
     
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and correspondence for the sales team.
     
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
     
  • Provide professional customer service and respond to client inquiries.
     
  • Support inter-department communication to ensure seamless operations.
     
  • Assist in reports and administrative tasks to help achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with buyers, colleagues, and external partners.
  •  1–3 years of experience in sales operations and order processing, ideally in real estate or property development.  
  • Solid administrative experience, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management and attention to deta
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (or equivalent tools) for daily reporting and data management.
  • Team player with a proactive working attitude, capable of supporting multiple stakeholders.
  •  Proficienct in Chinese is an advantage.
