Work Location: Senawang, Negeri Sembilan

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our internal sales team. This role focuses on driving property sales, supporting marketing initiatives, and delivering excellent customer service to prospective buyers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-oriented, and passionate about the property development industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Functions:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads)
  • Present and promote company property developments to potential buyers
  • Conduct property tours, site visits, and showroom presentations
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Assist buyers throughout the purchasing process (booking, loan, SPA, etc.)

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, launches, and events
  • Support digital marketing efforts (social media, property portals, etc.)
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
  • Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate customer database and sales records
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management
  • Coordinate with internal departments (admin, finance, project team)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in property sales and/or real estate industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (based on schedule)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
