WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Product Development & Design Intern, you’ll be involved in:

1) Customer Insights & Market Research

• Help us understand what our customers really want through surveys, polls, and feedback.
• Assist in compiling trend reports, moodboards, and competitor insights to guide design direction.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s trending — colours, cuts, fabrics, and silhouettes.

2) Design Support

• Assist with design mock-ups, tech packs, and product specs.
• Help put together presentation decks and B2B mock-ups when needed.
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a big plus — but curiosity and a willingness to learn is even bigger.
  

3) Sampling & Production Coordination

• Track sample timelines and production progress with our factories and partners.
• Keep our sample inventory organised (you’ll become best friends with our swatch library).
• Help communicate changes and updates across our design and production timelines.
  

4) Photoshoot & Styling Support

• Assist on shoot days: prepping looks, steaming garments, and keeping things on track.
• Help develop styling guides and moodboards for campaign shoots and editorials.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

• Report directly to our Design & Product team.
• Work closely with the Co-Founders and other departments like Marketing, Ops, and Growth.
• You’ll be part of a small but mighty team, and your input will be valued.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• A strong interest in fashion, product design, and sustainability.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and not afraid of a good spreadsheet.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Bonus: Mandarin proficiency for supplier comms (but not essential).
• Fresh grads are encouraged — this internship is built as a launchpad into a full-time role.
• Able to commit for 3–6 months.
• Responsible for your own transport (we’re based in Ampang, KL).
