Job Description

To assist the Business Manager in managing daily business operations, monitoring performance, coordinating departments, and ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the Company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Assist in overseeing daily operations of the Company 
•  Monitor production / business performance and prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation 
•  Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial monitoring 
•  Coordinate with administration, finance, marketing, trading and suppliers 
•  Ensure compliance with prevailing Company and Group policies and current requirements of all relevant government and statutory requirements.  
•  Assist in staff supervision and operational planning 
•  Handle tasks assigned by Management from time to time 

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administrative / Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the palm oil milling / plantation / manufacturing
• Good leadership, communication and reporting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Able to work independently and responsibly 
• Able to travel within Malaysia whenever required
