Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-
- Perform daily outbound calls to remind customers & follow up on overdue payments.
- Efficiently recover customer's debts in a timely manner
- Efficiently follow up on all files includes 'promise to pay files'/ 'broken promises to pay files'
- Work with customers to solve payment problems / make workable repayment arrangement.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Age start from 18-50 years old
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Benefits to Ex – Kudrat staffs salary hike from 3% to 10%.
- Candidate with at least 1 year above experience in recovery officer, banking and financial sector/telecommunication, customer service and sales.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English and other major Malaysian languages.
