Lead Daily Operation

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including product listings, inventory control, and order processing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

 Data Analysis & Strategy Development

• Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends and develop effective optimization strategies. Use insights to enhance conversion rates and drive revenue growth.

Drive Promotions

• Create, launch, and evaluate exciting promotional campaigns designed to engage customers and maximize sales outcomes.

Enhance Customer Experience

• Be the go-to person for customer inquiries and feedback. Address complaints and foster relationships to elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Stay Competitive:

• Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activities. Adapt our strategies to ensure we remain a leader in the industry.

Showcase Our Products

• Curate and manage product listings while implementing creative merchandising strategies to feature promotions and new launches that attract attention.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in E-commerce, Business Administration with an E-commerce specialization, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent, or a related field.
• At least 2 Years experience in handling E-commerce website/portal and social media sales & Marketing
• Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong analytical skills and ability to stay updated on market trends and changes in the e-commerce environment.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills to produce compelling product listings
• Have experience on operation and rules of major major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.
