Job Description

•  Perform installation, commissioning, upgrading, maintenance, and repair of company equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment breakdowns, including preparing test equipment, identifying root causes, and coordinating spare parts replacement.
• Provide timely technical support, customer training, product demonstrations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, warranty claims, and liaise with principals or manufacturers for technical consultation when required.
• Support equipment installation projects, maintain company tools and test equipment, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) Engineering, Telecommunication, Mechatronics, Physics, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to electrical and electronics or photonics equipment will be an added advantage.
• Possession of own transportation (car) and willingness to travel outstation.
• Working location: Shah Alam, Selangor
