  1. Identifies new product opportunities through project information, recommendations from current customers, and other resources that provide ongoing updates on construction activities.
  2. Analyzes customer behavior and purchasing patterns to craft tailored quotations that enhance the likelihood of closing sales.
  3. Plans and schedules visits in advance to maximize the number of customer interactions each week.
  4. Establishes strong relationships with current clients to ensure ongoing support by regularly monitoring their progress and addressing their needs.
  5. Receives incoming calls and delivers precise information to callers.
  6. Tracks client sales orders and purchasing trends and conducts follow-ups on-site.
  7. Delivers accurate quotations to customers.
  8. Evaluates and recommends enhancements to the product range for existing clients.
  9. Maintains and updates project information, displaying the latest updates on the main board.
  10. Prepares reports as requested by the Sales Manager.
  11. Manages the filing of all relevant documents.
  12. Assists in the follow-up of overdue payments.
  13. Helps with the collection of payments when the Accounting Department cannot fulfill all scheduled collections for the day.
  14. Provides assistance in document countering when the Accounting Department is unable to complete all scheduled counterings for the day.

  1. Candidates should hold at least a Diploma or Degree in Construction or a related discipline.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is necessary for this role.
  3. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  4. Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  5. Exhibit a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
  6. Capable of working independently with a strong customer service orientation.
  7. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
  8. Required language: English
  9. Open to fresh graduates as training will be provided.
  10. Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately or on short notice.
