Job Description
- Responsible for mould and material coordination
- Responsible for production scheduling and precast delivery coordination
- Responsible for production supervision, product and raw material management
- Responsible for documentation & production reporting
- Responsible for quality control assurance
- Responsible for client coordination
- Responsible to coordinate with Production Supervisor/ sub-contractor/ clients
- Responsible to comply with ISO Management System Requirements
- Responsible to update any production issues to the Factory Manager/Production Manager
- Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower
- Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standard
- Responsible to attend to customer visit/ factory visit
- Responsible to any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 2 years of working experience in the concrete pre-cast / moulding industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office
- Good communication, interpersonal and interpretation skills
- Possess analytical competencies
- Positive attitude and able to work independently
- Open to Malaysians only
