Job Description

• Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates from tender drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and costs estimation, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claims, etc..
• Handle daily project follow up & quotation & project costing
• Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs / projects as and when required by the management from time to time.
• Prepare proposals and project tender documentation for customers and actively follows up on the progress.
• Update local/ regional team on outstanding inquiries and facilitate internal discussions to optimize customer proposals in terms of price, delivery, and quality.

Job Requirements

• Proficiently spoken, read and written in Bahasa Melayu & English. -Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Competent in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, organized & good time management skills.
• Resourceful, self-motivated & team player.
• Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
