Job Description

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our debt recovery team. You will handle customer calls connected through our predictive dialing system, follow up on outstanding payments, and assist customers with repayment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls connected through the predictive dialing system.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and negotiate repayment arrangements.
• Send WhatsApp payment reminders through approved channels when required.
• Update customer records, payment commitments, and call outcomes accurately in the system.
• Handle payment-related inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Comply with company policies, client requirements, and applicable debt collection regulations.

Job Requirements

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in debt collection, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Comfortable using computers。
• Responsible, target-driven, and able to work in a team.
