Job Description
- Contact customers via phone for payment reminders
- Follow up on overdue accounts professionally
- Assist customers with payment arrangements
- Update customer information and system records
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate in English & Malay
(Mandarin is an added advantage) - Basic computer skills ( Excel )
- Responsible with good communication skills
- Experience in Telemarketing / Collection / Customer Service is preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
