What will you do? 

Your Responsibility will be to drive value beyond cost savings across our marketing & media ecosystem. You will be a trusted advisor to our senior stakeholders, collaborating closely with marketing, media, legal, finance, and external agencies to deliver impactful results.

You are expected to manage the following:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for a variety of marketing & media categories, including but not limited to: Strategy and creation, Branding & Design, Content Production,  Influencers & Advocacy, Public Relation, Social Commerce, CRM, Consumer & Market Insights, Pure Media, and Media Services for Offline and Online Channels.
  • Understanding global sourcing and business strategies to develop and implement local category strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conducting market analysis and identifying potential suppliers.
  • Leading RFx processes and negotiating favorable commercial terms.
  • Managing contracts and ensuring compliance.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, finance, and legal.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and expertise on marketing and media procurement best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and develop sourcing strategies that deliver value beyond cost.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, quality, innovation, risk, and sustainability.
  • Develop and implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs for strategic suppliers, fostering collaborative relationships and driving innovation and continuous improvement.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar Marketing Procurement and/or Marketing & Media role with 3+ years of relevant experience in this field.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and media categories and the agency landscape.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A value creation mindset.
  • Passion for marketing and a desire to drive innovation.
