Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Mission : To lead and to drive the team to achieve store business objectives.

  • Handle general operations of the store and ensure that it is executed in an efficient way.
  • Driving Sales & KPI’s.
  • Ensure that the monthly sales targets and other business objectives are met with the help of the proper management and organization techniques.
  • Develop the store business and achieve objectives on all aspects (turnover, team development, brand image and customer recruitment & loyalty).
  • Manage boutique operations in detail at daily, weekly and monthly levels and set up procedures as well as manages budget and stock inventory.
  • Motivate, lead and coach the team to develop each potential.
  • Represent the brand values, maintaining the correct appearance of store/counter.
  • Ensure boutiques/counters are clean and tidy.
  • Apply the brand selling method and service policy.
  • Provide beauty advice to customers.
  • Systematically looking for cross-axis sales, developing loyal customers.
  • Showcase consumers’ application techniques and routines (make up, skincare).
  • Provide appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
  • Take care of counter/store merchandising, stock inventory.
  • Adhere to brand grooming standards to display a professional demeanor.
  • Ensure feedback and reporting to Retail Manager or head office.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of boutique management experience.
  • Ability to communicate with HQ and the team sharing constructive feedbacks and clear strategies.
  • Very good understanding and driving of retail performance KPIs.
  • Engaging, positive and motivating communication skills.
