Job Description

• Execute formulation development process according to the schedule.
• Work on formulations, processes and specification (BMR).
• Plan in-house clinical and scientific research together with Product & Material Researcher to confirm feasibility of processes and techniques used in the clinical study of finished products.
• Assist R&D Manager in packaging development process.
• Provide Technical Support to Operation Team.
• Provide Technical Support to Marketing Team; a strong understanding of consumer research and marketing is a good advantage to ensure product development aligns with market needs.
