Job Description

a) Supervise and support the storehand team in daily warehouse operations related to Finished Goods.

b) Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor team performance to ensure operational efficiency.

c) Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that team activities align with overall warehouse goals.

Job Requirements

1) Plan and organize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization for Finished Goods and backup inventory.

2) Monitor space capacity and implement solutions to ensure efficient storage.

3) Ensure that Finished Goods, Packing Materials, and Raw Materials are stored properly and efficiently, maintaining accessibility and safety.

4) Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

5) Enforce safety regulations and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) within the warehouse.

6) Conduct regular safety checks and identify potential hazards, ensuring that corrective actions are taken.

7) Implement and maintain housekeeping practices to promote cleanliness and order.
