Re{me}dy is an apothecary that makes sustainable & natural skin, body & hair care products. Our goal is to become the best Malaysian natural skin and personal care brand that is environmentally responsible. What is the role?

We are looking for a sales associate to join our team and be a passionate advocate who can help us champion our products, brand and mission to our consumers.

Day-to-day, you will:

1. Assist customers with a smile, offer expert product knowledge and guidance.
2. Maintain a tidy and inviting store atmosphere - If you housekeep your own place, it will be quite similar (Dusting, Wiping down around the store)
3. Process transactions accurate and efficiently.
4. Provide outstanding customer service that keeps them coming back to find you.
5. Unpack, Label, Check and Display new products.
6. Packing & Arranging for online orders.

Occasionally :

1. Take part in occasional stock take.
2. Assist other colleagues when they need help.
3. Help with store organisation where you need to help with moving things around.
