Job Description

  • Report directly to Restaurant Manager and/or Manager-in-Charge.
  • Build sales and initiate Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM).
  • Recruiting, hiring and retention of staff.
  • Handle customer in professional manner.
  • Providing supervision, coaching and motivation to service & kitchen staffs.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in related filed OR 2-3 years in managing experience in food & beverage industry.
  2. Pleasant personality and healthy.
  3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Good leadership, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good people skills.
  6. Good computer skills.
  7. Valid drivers' license.
