About the role

Join the exciting team at LA JUICERIA SUPERFOODS SDN. BHD. as a Senior Supply Chain Executive. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Executive to support our day-to-day operations and to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment across the stores within the Klang Valley region.

Inventory Control, Warehouse and Logistics (BOTH HQ and OUTLETS)

• Plan and manage material procurement to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Analyze demand forecasts and sales trends to optimize inventory planning and replenishment.
• Collaborate with store operations teams to address inventory discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy.
• Conduct & support Operational weekly & monthly stock take to ensure stock accuracy.
• Plan and manage material procurement to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Work with HODs to provide rolling forecasts and vendor projections to maintain supply continuity.
• Conduct vendor audits and maintain compliance standards for food and beverage suppliers.
• Knowledgeable in applying permits and regulatory documentation required for the movement of food and beverage products
• Performs any other duties as entrusted by your superior or Head of Department and/or any other representative as assigned by the Management from the time to time.

Purchasing & Sourcing

• Look for supplies and constantly enlarge network of suppliers for consumables, food and equipment.
• Negotiate with vendors for best pricing, service and payment terms.
• Conduct price comparisons and product to ensure current prices/products are most competitive and suitable for the restaurants.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Those without proper qualification, but possesses at least 5 years of experience in this line will also be considered for the position
• Experience in F&B / Food Manufacturing Industries will be an added advantage.
• Able to work with personnel from other departments is ESSENTIAL
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a MUST.
• Knowledge with SQL and Food Market Hub will be an added advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Attributes: Independent, resourceful, proactive, analytical, decisive with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and able to work with people from ALL levels
