Job Description
About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Intern who wants real hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and campaign execution.
Social Media & Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu)
- Manage and schedule content according to content calendars
- Monitor post performance (views, engagement, reach) and prepare basic reports
- Support campaign ideas, captions, and content angles
Video Shooting & Editing
- Attend video shoots as talent and assist with setup (lighting, angles, behind-the-scenes support)
- Edit short videos for TikTok, Facebook , Instagram , XiaoHongShu
- Add subtitles, transitions, music, and effects to improve engagement
- Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips
Content & Marketing Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative ideas
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates
- Assist in basic competitor research and content inspiration
- Support ad-hoc marketing tasks when needed
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing final year or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Multimedia, or related fields
- Strong interest in social media marketing and digital campaigns
- Familiar with major platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (XiaoHongShu is a plus)
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
- Willing to attend video shooting sessions and assist with basic production setup
- Creative mindset with good understanding of content trends and audience behaviour
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and online growth
- Portfolio, personal social media page, or sample content is an advantage
