Job Description
- Share regular ageing updates, follow up on overdue items, clarify unknown receipts, handle customer refunds, and resolve discrepancies with the sales team.
- Review upcoming due items, coordinate with purchasing where documents are missing, and help prepare/schedule payments.
- Collect approvals and supporting documents, enter details accurately, and prepare payment vouchers for e-signature.
- Record incoming payments, attach supporting advice, and maintain organized documentation in the system.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and review daily bank activity to ensure funds are available for upcoming commitments.
- Communicate with sales and purchasing to resolve queries promptly and obtain required details.
- Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the finance team and management.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and business systems; accurate data entry and organized with documents.
- Clear communicator and team player—able to follow up professionally with internal teams and external parties.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and a willingness to learn.
