Job Description
- Perform troubleshooting,installation,maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
- Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
- Any task assigned by superior from time to time.
- Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
Job Requirements
- Studies or pursuing biomedical engineering or related field.
- Experience in computer software
- Have a valid licenses (not compulsary)
