Lacozi is a coconut-themed beverage brand known for our natural, no-preservative coconut drink range. We currently operate multiple outlets and a central kitchen across the Klang Valley, and are rapidly expanding — with new outlets opening soon at Sunway Velocity Mall and Central i-City Shah Alam. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Operations Assistant to work closely with the founder in managing our day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits (Kepong, Subang SS15, and future outlets) to ensure SOP compliance, store cleanliness, and service quality
• Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate manpower across shifts
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment between outlets and the central kitchen
• Handle day-to-day operational issues (customer complaints, equipment breakdowns, unexpected situations) and escalate critical matters to management promptly
• Support new outlet opening preparations (renovation progress tracking, opening supplies, staff training coordination)
• Compile store performance data and assist in preparing operational reports
• Act as the communication bridge between outlets and headquarters, ensuring brand standards and policies are properly implemented

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma; prior experience in F&B or retail operations is an advantage (1–2 years preferred, fresh graduates with strong potential also welcome)
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to independently handle on-site issues
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks under a fast-paced environment
• Must hold a valid driving license and have own transport (required for cross-outlet visits)
• Basic proficiency in Excel/MS Office
• Good command of English, and/or Malay
• Strong service mindset, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in the F&B industry
