Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who able to write and speak Mandarin, to support our marketing team in creating brochures, catalogues, social media visuals, advertisements and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have good design sense, basic Adobe skills, attention to detail, and be willing to learn and explore new design and AI tools. Your work will scale our visual systems so production, sales, and marketing spend less time fixing artwork and more time shipping products.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Design & Brand Assets

• Create visual assets such as labels, packaging graphics, marketing images, and digital layouts that follow brand and product guidelines.
• Refine artwork and check files for print and digital use, ensuring clarity, legibility, and consistency across materials.
• Basic knowledge of technical drawings will be an added advantage. 

Media & Collaboration

• Edit short product videos and visual demos to support training and marketing activities.
• Work closely with production staff and the marketing team to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Able to write and read in Mandarin
• Approximately 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to manufacturing or product design environments.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Basic Technical Drawing
• Basic Video Editing
• Familiarity with print production, colour management, and file prep for manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to use AI tools for design and daily work is preferred. Willingness to learn and explore new AI tools is highly valued.
