Role Overview

We are looking for a organised, creative and proactive Marketing & Events Intern to support our digital, retail, event, and integrated marketing activities. This role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, content creation, social media, and campaign execution.

You will work closely with the team to create engaging content, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media activities, and support events from planning through completion. This role is suitable for someone eager to gain practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital, social media, retail, and event marketing activities.
• Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns.
• Create simple social media content, graphics, and short videos.
• Coordinate campaign materials, timelines, vendors, and partners.
• Prepare retail marketing materials, displays, and promotions.
• Assist with event planning, promotion, setup, and on-site activities.
• Capture photos and videos during campaigns and events.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
• Conduct basic market, competitor, and consumer research.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
• Interested in digital marketing, retail campaigns, content creation, and events.
• Creative, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as ChatGPT / Claude is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work well with a team.
• Willing to support occasional evening or weekend events.
