Job Overview: 

As a Multimedia Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company. You will work closely with our marketing and event teams to create compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional skilled in both design and multimedia production, with a passion for visual storytelling and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Content Creation: Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, videos, animations, and other visual assets for use across social media, websites, email campaigns, and physical marketing materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals adhere to Lamarsa’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable look across all channels and platforms.
• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for product demos, brand stories, and promotional materials, showcasing our products and brand partnerships effectively.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives with high-quality visuals that enhance user engagement and brand appeal.
• Visual Storytelling: Develop creative concepts that communicate the unique story and values of Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company and our premium products.
• Market & Trend Research: Stay current with design trends, competitor visuals, and industry standards to keep our brand’s visuals fresh and engaging.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of assets for various campaigns and brand needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, with a portfolio showcasing digital, video, and print work.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects effectively.
• Passion for coffee and familiarity with coffee culture is a plus!
