Job Description

•  Understand and consult client needs, budget and event goals. 
•  Develop creative themes, layouts and timelines tailored to the event type (wedding, corporate, etc.) 
•  Prepare and monitor the event budget, ensuring costs stay within limits. 
•  Source and liaise with vendors (catering, decor, AV, entertainment, etc.) and ensure deliverables 
•  Create event timelines, floor plans, and run-sheets to manage flow and operations.  
•  Supervise setup, manage vendors, handle last-minute issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly. 
•  Oversee clean-up, settle payments, evaluate success, and gather feedback from clients 
•  To solve problem, backup plan and communicate fast during crisis 

Job Requirements

• Good communication and organisational skills. 
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required. 
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure. 
• Own transport and a valid driving licence.
