Job Description
- Â Understand and consult client needs, budget and event goals.Â
- Â Develop creative themes, layouts and timelines tailored to the event type (wedding, corporate, etc.)Â
- Â Prepare and monitor the event budget, ensuring costs stay within limits.Â
- Â Source and liaise with vendors (catering, decor, AV, entertainment, etc.) and ensure deliverablesÂ
-  Create event timelines, floor plans, and run-sheets to manage flow and operations. Â
- Â Supervise setup, manage vendors, handle last-minute issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly.Â
- Â Oversee clean-up, settle payments, evaluate success, and gather feedback from clientsÂ
- Â To solve problem, backup plan and communicate fast during crisisÂ
Job Requirements
- Good communication and organisational skills.Â
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.Â
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Â
- Own transport and a valid driving licence.
