FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH) CREW (FULL-TIME)

Job Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Service & Experience
   • Greet customers warmly and assist with orders.
   • Recommend menu items confidently (including add-ons and desserts).
   • Ensure customers feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of.
   • Handle basic customer feedback or escalate when needed. 
2. Order Taking & Accuracy
   • Take orders clearly and accurately (walk-in, takeaway, delivery).
   • Confirm orders before submission to kitchen.
   • Ensure correct items are served to the right customer. 
3. Service Flow & Speed
   • Work closely with kitchen to ensure smooth order flow.
   • Maintain fast and efficient service during peak hours.
   • Assist in clearing tables and resetting quickly. 
4. Cleanliness & Store Upkeep
   • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counter, and service stations.
   • Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene standards.
   • Ensure overall environment is clean, organised, and presentable. 
5. Cashiering & Basic POS Handling
   • Handle payments (cash, card, e-wallet) accurately.
   • Issue receipts and manage basic POS system functions.
   • Ensure proper cash handling and reporting. 
6. Teamwork & Support
   • Support teammates during busy periods.
   • Assist in simple prep or packing when needed.
   • Follow SOPs and contribute to a smooth daily operation.
